| Carole has been in the travel business since 1980 and has traveled around the world to place such as China, Russia, Slovenia, Italy and many other destinations.
Carole has been the manager of Odyssey Travel since the doors opened in 1986 and earned her CTC/Certified Travel Counselor status in 1987. Carole specializes in cruises, having taken 32 different cruises herself. She also has an extensive background in planning corporate meetings and conventions for hundreds of people. Melanie Jascoviez CTC/DS mjtravel13@yahoo.com Melanie has been with Odyssey Travel for 19 years, joining the staff just after graduating from the Wilma Boyd Career Schools in Pittsburgh. She earned her CTC/Certified Travel Counselor status in 1998. Melanie has traveled extensively throughout 35 states and also has traveled to 6 Canandian Provinces. Melanie has been to the Caribbean numerous times and has been on over 15 cruises. Her specialty is Alaska, having traveled throughout the state on eleven different occasions. Both Carole and Melanie continue their education by taking numerous courses throughout the year to keep updated on the ever changing travel industry. Course studies have included: Hyatt Resorts, Hilton Caribbean Properties, Marriott Hotel Excellence Program, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruise Specialist, Kauai 101, Alaska Tourism, Destination Wedding Specialist, Premier Spa Specilist, Palace Resorts, Dominican Republic Specialist, Sol Melia Resorts, Wynn Las Vegas, Ecuador Specialist, New Orleans, Las Vegas, SilverSeas, Brisas Resorts, Myrtle Beach, and many others.
